This project focused on upgrading two bathrooms to accessible roll in shower configurations while improving key interior and exterior areas of the home. The scope included plumbing, structural, and layout modifications to enhance mobility, along with exterior concrete work and accessibility upgrades to create a safer and more functional environment for daily living.

Conversion of both bathrooms into accessible roll in showers with safety features
Installation of non slip flooring, grab bars, and ADA height toilets
New 36 inch door and improved bathroom access layout
Electrical, plumbing, and lighting upgrades throughout both bathrooms
Installation of new vanities, cabinetry, and finishes
Installation of 22 kW generator system for backup power
Concrete work including driveway repair, leveling, and widening
Kitchen modifications to improve accessibility and circulation space
Installation of composite decking for safe backyard access

Impact on Daily Living
These upgrades provide safer and more accessible bathroom environments while improving overall mobility inside and outside the home. The combination of interior adaptations and exterior improvements allows the veteran to navigate daily routines with greater independence, comfort, and confidence.
