  • Reconstruction and modification of walkways for safe and smooth access
  • Conversion of master bathroom into a roll in shower with foldable bench and grab bars
  • Expansion of bathroom layout to improve maneuverability
  • Modification of doors to 36 inch openings for full wheelchair access
  • Installation of continuous wood look tile flooring on the first level
  • Kitchen adaptations including pull out tray and accessible workspace options
  • Closet reconfiguration with lowered shelving for easy reach
  • Installation of ADA compliant thresholds at main entry points
  • Electrical, lighting, and ventilation upgrades throughout the home
  • Replacement of gates, locks, and security enhancements

Impact on Daily Living
